I had to keep track of EVERYTHING I did for one week and after it was over, I had to organize that data into two posters. One poster had to focus on the positives while the other had to focus on the negatives, but still use the same data for both posters. Both kept track of daily and weekly activities, emotions felt, and how many hours I engaged in an activity.
The positive poster employs a warmer color palette and uses the data to prove I spent my week as a “sociable dedicated student”, while the negative poster utilizes opposite colors, and proves that my week also described me as “stationary and easily distracted”.
